“I approached Russ from Hipco who came out to visit me at my property and we discussed the type of extension and look I was after which took a whole day to come up with the right concept; and my options of the type of building I could have within our budget. I was very impressed with Russ’s knowledge of the building trade and with the quality of their products. I was shown photographs of the types of roofing system I could choose and the options of/for bi-fold doors and windows and doors.
I didn’t find Hipco pushy at all and I did make them aware that I would be obtaining further quotes to which they wanted to be kept informed as they wanted to price match if/where possible with the other quotes. Further work needed to happen at my new home such as a new combination boiler was required to be installed, a new bathroom suite and new internal doors with external doors and windows. I was so impressed with Hipco’s approach to problem solving and having a “can do attitude” I awarded them all of my work in my new house as I felt it would be easier adopting a “one stop shop” approach from both sides. Russ project managed this for me and my husband and we were suitably impressed from start to finish with how Hipco approached solving each solution as they went along.
Bearing in mind the work commenced during October – end of March so the weather had to be factored in.
